No password is needed. Enter your email address on the login page, click the link in the email, and you normally stay logged in for 90 days (as of September 2026). This article covers the steps and what to do if the link does not arrive, has expired, or you see a login error. *** ### Logging in for the first time? When your access is set up, BizMachine sends you a welcome email with a **Go to Prospector** button. Go to [prospector.bizmachine.com/login](https://prospector.bizmachine.com/login). 2. Enter your work email address and click **Sign in**. 3. Open your inbox and click the link in the email from BizMachine. 4. You are now logged in. Your login is normally valid for **90 days** and works on up to **3 devices** at the same time (both as of September 2026). *** ### The link did not arrive or does not work #### The email did not arrive * Check your spam or bulk mail folder. In Gmail, also check the Promotions tab. * Wait a few minutes. The email can arrive with a short delay. * Enter your email address on the login page again. #### The link has expired or is invalid The login link is valid for **24 hours** (as of September 2026) and works only once. If you already opened it, for example in a different browser, it no longer works. To get a new link, go to [prospector.bizmachine.com/login](https://prospector.bizmachine.com/login) and enter your email address again. *** ### What the login error messages mean #### Active sessions limit reached You can be logged in to Prospector on **up to 3 devices at the same time** (as of September 2026). Each device you are logged in on counts as one active session. You then see the list of your active sessions. What to do: try a different email address, or write to . #### "Your account on Prospector expired" Your user account has expired. This email is about your account only. We handle access renewal requests promptly. *** ### How to add or remove users BizMachine manages access to Prospector. You cannot set it up in the app yourself. To add a colleague, remove someone who is leaving, or move access to a different email address, write to with the person's name, email address, and company. *** ### Frequently asked questions #### How long does my login last? Normally 90 days (as of September 2026). It can end sooner if you clear your browser data or cookies, or if your subscription period ends. After that, enter your email address again and log in with a new link. #### Can I be logged in on more than one device? Yes, on up to 3 devices at the same time (as of September 2026), for example your work computer, your laptop, and your phone. #### Why is my link not working, even though I opened it immediately? Each link works only once. If you already opened it, for example in a different browser, it no longer works. Go to the login page and request a new one. #### Which email address is my access linked to?
